Friday 24 December
City Buses
- Bus Éireann will run a regular Friday service - except that buses due to depart after 9pm will not not run.
Regional buses
- Bus Eireann will run regular weekday services until approx 9pm:
- Last route 40 bus from Tralee at 5:50pm, 7:40pm from Waterford
- CityLink: Normal services, except the 6pm Galway to Cork and 9:30pm Cork to Galway are cancelled
- Cobh Connect - normal service until the last bus from Cork to Cobh at 6:45pm
- Dublin Coach - normal timetable until the last bus from Dublin at 8pm
- GoBus - reduced service, last bus from Cork at 2:30pm, from Dublin at 7pm
- LocalLink - to be advised
- West Cork Connect - normal service, except no 5:55pm from Skibbereen or 9pm from Cork
Trains
- Saturday service until approx 9pm
Saturday 25 December - Christmas Day
- Some taxi companies will offer a limited service - but many will be closed.
- All other services - trains and city and regional buses - are cancelled.
Sunday 26 December - St Steven's Day
City Buses
- Bus Eireann will run a regular Sunday service on all routes - but with no services before 9am
Regional buses
- Bus Eireann - regular Sunday timetable: first bus on each route on / after 9am
- CityLink: regular service
- Cobh Connect - Sunday service, but no NiteLink buses
- Dublin Coach - normal service
- GoBus - reduced service
- LocalLink - no services
- West Cork Connect - Sunday service
